MEET THE ARTIST
When Jono started the company in 2004, he had a simple mission: to provide unique dinnerware options for the hospitality industry. It all started with one wheel and one kiln, collaborations with chefs, lots of risks and lots of mistakes. Since then, the team has spent more than a decade testing clay bodies and glazes in an effort to provide customers with the most durable product possible that stand the test of time.
In their light-filled New Jersey studio, they form, fire, and ship much of their dinnerware to the world’s best restaurants and hotels including The Nomad Hotel here in Los Angeles. Jono Pandolfi USA has grown over the years but their goal remains unchanged: to provide restaurateurs and serious home cooks with dinnerware that sets their dining experiences apart from the rest.
